The problem
Weather sites bury the number you actually want under advertising, and most fail silently or show stale figures when their data source is down.
What I built
Live data with a clear hierarchy: temperature first, then wind, gusts, humidity, UV, rain chance and pressure. When the forecast API cannot be reached the app switches to clearly labelled sample data and says so in a banner rather than presenting invented numbers as real.
The result
Saved places, hourly and seven-day views, and a fallback state that never misleads.
